TWO PEOPLE HAVE been killed in separate crashes over the weekend.

Last night a driver was killed in Dublin, on the Skerries to Rush road, when his car hit a wall shortly after midnight.

It is believed the man’s car veered off the road before hitting the wall.

Meanwhile, in Co Galway a motorcyclist was killed when his bike collided with a car at around 4.30pm on Saturday on the Galway to Tuam Road, reports RTÉ. The 43-year-old was pronounced dead but the driver of the car was uninjured.
