Two armed men rob Ulster Bank in Dalkey, Co Dublin

The robbery, which took place at 3.20pm, led to what Gardai are describing as an insignificant amount of money being taken. Some of the cash has since been recovered.

GARDAI ARE INVESTIGATING the robbery of an Ulster Bank in Dalkey, Co Dublin which took place earlier this afternoon.

The robbery took place at approximately 3.20pm today when two men, believed to have been armed, entered the branch.

They are believed to have gotten away with what Gardai describe as an insignificant amount of cash.

Some of this cash has since been recovered.

No arrests have been made as of yet and Gardai are continuing their investigation.
