HOME WITH HEAPS of personality are on our radar this week.

We’ve scoured the country and found four pretty detached homes that are ready to walk into and have with plenty of space to start a new chapter in.

Glanmire, Co. Cork – €450,000

A charming home with three bedrooms, Bluebell Cottage offers a slice of countryside living while being close to Cork city. Located in Glanmire, the house is a handy walk from a number of schools and short drive from a shopping centre. There is also a bus that runs past this house, which goes straight to the city regularly.

A home that offers lots of privacy, it stands behind a gate and offers plenty of off-street parking. The house was renovated recently, so the next owner won’t have to worry about updating windows, the kitchen or the bathroom for that matter. The ground floor also comprises a hallway that links to the spacious sitting room. Two of the bedrooms and a family bathroom complete the ground floor while the third, which has its own bathroom, is upstairs.
