Woman receives Valentines Day flowers from her husband... who passed away last July

Is someone in here chopping onions?

A WOMAN in the United States was left stunned after she received Valentine’s Day roses from her husband.

And it wasn’t because he’s usually forgetful, or wasn’t much of a romantic.

He passed away last July.

Shelly Golay told KCWY13 that her late husband Jim died from an inoperable brain tumour.

After receiving the roses two days before Valentine’s Day, a local flower shop told her Jim had arranged for the roses to be sent to her each year.

“Until the day I die, I’ll get Valentine’s flowers on Valentine’s Day and that’s just a testament of his love all over again,” Golay said.

“He’s such an amazing man and he just can love beyond boundaries. There is no boundaries with him, even in death.”
