Vox pop: How good is customer service in Ireland?

Do Irish businesses understand good customer service? Or do they want your money without offering any frills? Here’s what you said.

LAST WEEK, WE brought you details of a search for Ireland’s friendliest business.

The Junior Chamber International (Ireland), a development organisation for young people, is running a competition to find Irish businesses that go that little bit further “to survive and thrive”.

Poll Results:

No, it's dreadful (305)
It's average (214)
Yes, people try their best (80)
