Man in his 20s dies after wall collapses in Waterford

The incident occurred around 3.50pm this afternoon.

A MAN HAS died after a wall collapsed at a construction site in Waterford.

The man, in his 20s, is believed to have been working on the site on Parnell Street in the city when the wall collapsed this afternoon.

The incident occurred around 3.50pm this afternoon.

The man’s body has been taken to the morgue at University Hospital Waterford.

The Health and Safety Authority has been informed and is investigating.
