HIDDEN AWAY ON the Waterford-Cork border, Glistinane House certainly has a dramatic location.
It overlooks the Blackwater River as well as Youghal Harbour, with tranquil country views as far as the eye can see. This home’s price is on application only, but judging by those views and the high-spec finish, it won’t come cheap.

I often wonder, in order to use the word ‘overlook’ what’s the rule of thumb on distance from said object?
