Wind, rain and sun - this weekend will have it all

Met Éireann has issued a yellow wind warning.

A WIND WARNING has been issued for tomorrow, but the weekend weather will be mixed.

Met Éireann has issued a yellow wind warning for Donegal, Galway, Mayo, Sligo, Clare and Kerry, which will cover from 9am until 10pm tomorrow.

Morning winds will hit speed of 45 to 55 km/hr and will then veer westerly tomorrow afternoon and increase to between 55 and 65 km/hr with gusts of up to 90 km/hr.

Across the country, tomorrow will be a “mild, cloudy and windy day with outbreaks of rain”.

However, many parts of the country will see bright spells with unseasonable highs of up to 16 degrees.

Sunday night will see winds bringing in heavy rain from the Atlantic.

So, barring snow, we’ll have it all.
