Appeal for witnesses to crash that left man in critical condition

The man was seriously injured in the single vehicle crash yesterday morning.

GARDAÍ ARE APPEALING for witnesses to a car crash which left a young man in critical condition.

The single vehicle crash occurred at Bellykeroguebeg in Campile, Co Wexford at 8.50am yesterday.

The driver who was in his early 20s was seriously injured in the crash. He was taken to Cork University Hospital where he remains in critical condition today.

The road was closed yesterday to facilitate a forensic collision investigation but has since reopened.

Gardaí are asking anyone who witnessed the crash to contact them at New Ross Garda Station on 051 426030, the Garda Confidential Line 1800 666111 or any garda station.
