People got to spin the Winning Streak wheel for Culture Night

Dreams do come through.

TONIGHT MARKS THE 13th Culture Night to take place across Ireland and all across the country, people have been enjoying different events.

The event encompasses food, film, health, history, music, fashion and other events.

In one event, punters were invited to spin the Winning Streak wheel at Lotto HQ.
