Woman arrested over investigation into alleged harassment of Taoiseach Simon Harris

The arrest was made as part of ongoing investigations into the alleged harassment of Harris on 2 May.

A WOMAN IN her 50s has been arrested for alleged harassment of Taoiseach Simon Harris.

The woman was arrested this morning for an alleged offence contrary to the Non-Fatal Offences Against the Person Act.  

The arrest was made as part of ongoing investigations into the alleged harassment of Harris on 2 May, when a group of anti-immigration protestors gathered at his home.

The woman is currently detained at a garda station in Co Wicklow.

A garda spokesperson said there will be no further comment at this time.
