Woman arrested over Dundalk murder of Seamus McMahon

Gardaí make fourth arrest in connection with March 2010 killing.

GARDAÍ INVESTIGATING the murder of 41-year-old Seamus McMahon almost two years ago have arrested a woman today.

McMahon was shot at a house in Saltown, Dundalk on 21 March 2010 and later died from his injuries.

The woman, aged in her 20s, was arrested in the north Louth area and is being held under Section 30 of the Offences Against the State Act 1939 at Dundalk Garda Station.

This is the fourth arrest to date in the investigation into McMahon’s death.
