Woman dies in house fire in Co Louth

ONE WOMAN HAS died following a house fire in Drogheda, Co Louth, RTÉ reports. Emergency services were called to the fire at a house at Termon Abbey at around 1.15am today. Investigators will carry out a technical examination of the scene. The 41-year-old woman was pronounced dead at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, where her sister, who was also in the house at the time, is being treated.
