Body of woman found in campervan in Co Clare

The woman is not believed to have died as a result of foul play.

THE BODY OF a woman was discovered in a campervan in a Co Clare village today.

The woman’s body was discovered in Corofin at 3.30pm this afternoon.

A garda spokesperson said that the woman’s body was taken to hospital for post-mortem.

Foul play is not suspected.

The woman was visiting the Corofin area from England, and her body was found by gardaí after they were contacted by concerned people, RTÉ news said.

The scene is being technically examined by gardaí.
