Alan McNally was shot dead in a pub in north Dublin last Thursday.

A WOMAN HAS been arrested in connection with the murder of Alan McNally at a pub in the early hours of last Thursday morning.

The 47-year-old woman was arrested at a house in Finglas this morning in an operation involving the investigating Gardaí, the National Bureau of Criminal Investigation, the Organised Crime Unit, and the Divisional Search Team and the Garda Dog Unit.

McNally, 36, was gunned down in An Cappagh Nua pub on Barry Road in Finglas at around 1am last Thursday morning.

The father-of-three was the brother of Graham McNally, 34, who was shot dead in the area in January 2009.
