You keep on at your job in the Dail on your fat salary and massive pension and deny the chance for another teacher to be made permenant in Scoil na Mainistreach, you can walk back into your job any time if you fail in the dail, why bother make the effort in politics if you have this safety net.
What happens when you fail as a TD?
You walk back into your job, you are not up to speed on the current curriculum, you have not been a teacher for years, you will be useless as a teacher in any school after your lengthy absence.
Children today have changed from when you were a teacher, it will take you years to “catch up” on their mindset let alone the curriculum.
Give another teacher a chance to have a permanent and full time job and not be worrying if they will still have a job next year.

    Ha Ha
You should have stuck to Teaching as You seem to be clueless on matters concerning old people..
You presided over the appalling scandal of Home Care for the elderly.
