What can I get in Ireland right now for... under €200,000?

From a luxe Cork apartment to a three-bed on the Sligo coast.

SEARCHING FOR THAT dream home but not quite sure where to start? We have you sorted.

Each week, we look at four homes within a specific price range, across the country.

This week, we’re working at the lower end of the scale, profiling homes that’ll leave you with change from €200,000.

Here’s what’s on offer on the market right now…

Portlaoise, Co Laois — €135,000

Located in Esker Hills, a popular development near the town centre, this three-bedroom home is just five minutes from all of the amenities Portlaoise has to offer, including the local train and bus services.

Inside, the property benefits from gas fired central heating, and has stylish fitted wardrobes throughout the bedrooms. The kitchen is also fully tiled and fitted, and to the rear, there’s a generously sized garden.

Located at garden level, this 2-bedroom apartment boasts a fantastic location just outside Cork city. Perched on an elevated site, the new owners of this apartment will be privy to fantastic views of the River Lee and the city centre.

Closer to hand is the stunning communal space, which is made up of mature trees and manicured gardens. The apartment has plenty of space inside, and the Georgian-inspired aesthetic is impressive, too.

I never send a regular text. I use Whatsapp. The best app in my opinion for sending texts, pictures and videos. And all free.

Since you used a picture of a blackberry I would have assumed you’d include their BBM app that went cross platform months ago, some authors on this app really do not know their stuff.
