A co -worker of mine was six foot ten. In order to get his fellow workers to do his bidding, he would just lean over them. This had the effect of a tower block about to collapse upon them. It was just him , but they got the message. I should point out that he only ever used his height in this way to bully bullies. They got the message and sometimes the bruises.
I wrote that comment badly. Let me rephrase it. My friend, the gentle giant, would just tower over the bullies until they left , and the victims were free to leave.

All these athletes are great , very tall but a lot can be said for small – everyone knows messi is very small , Brian o Driscoll is under 6 foot – their low centre of gravity make them sporting legends !
Tall men are lovely . My son 6ft 2 . My daughter 5ft 11 . I however some short arse 5 ft 4.5,! . However lets face it we all the same height when we lie down , makes no difference then .

What I do find is guys who are 5″8-5″9 always try say they are 5″11 or 5″10 always try say 6ft. I’m a happy 6″3 I consider it the perfect height .

I used be regarded as quite tall back in me day. Then as the yrs went by a new breed of beast came thru and I just don’t figure. Think i actually shrank a bit too. Eat your heart out bono haha
