I have been to the West Bank and I can tell you their English is far better than a lot of places here in Ireland… and such was the case with Fatah in charge of Gaza too. I can’t speak for Hamas as they are certainly no angels and a theocratic organization but I sincerely doubt you were in Gaza when Hamas took over… but feel free to provide details so we can verify.
