Joint liquidators appointed to Treasury Holdings

The appointment of joint liquidators also includes 16 subsidiary companies.

THE HIGH COURT has today appointed joint liquidators to take control of the assets of Treasury Holdings with immediate effect.

Sixteen subsidiary companies were also included in the ruling, made by Mr Justice McGovern.

The joint liquidators have been named as Michael McAteer and Paul McCann of Grant Thornton.

Previous receivers which had already been appointed to manage certain assets will remain in situ.

The newly appointed-liquidators will deal with the remaining assets and creditors.

I suppose nama will pay him to manage his depleted portfolios, like the rest that brought this country down.

His development company built the treasury building that NAMA is based in.

As far as i am aware the government signed 25 years leases on some of his office blocks at massivley hyped prices and now cant get out of the contracts. No one has been held account for the decission on the contracts. I cant remember the exact figure but I’m pretty sure he could hand over all his failed ventures and still make a huge profit from the state

How could you make a huge profit from the State as you put it when you are bankrupt. Please either use basic English or think first about what you are saying.

Paddy Rodgers. He has his own personal portfolio that’s is not a part of treasury Holding. Treasury Holding is in liquidation not JR. So before you bursting a vein in you head do a little research. It’s not that hard.
